* click continue to submit your card details, you will then be redirected to your account page

* next is for you to activate your account through your email address

*click on activate to activate your PayPal account,you will be required to answer 2 security questions of your choice,after then,you will be taken to a confirmation page,then click on "go to my account"

*you should then be redirected to your PayPal account dashboard,then click on "link and confirm my debit or credit card"

Click on continue to verify your card
NOTE:PayPal will charge you about $1.95 which will be refunded to you back within a day.

*they money they charged you will create a four digit code that you will receive either by mail or SMS,please note that the steps could take days for it to reflect and after then login to your account dashboard and click confirm my debit card or credit card and enter the code when asked for it and you are done ,congratulations you have successfully opened a PayPal account
