How to sign up for PayPal account in Nigeria

Well, over the years that have passed, PayPal banned Nigerians from using their service because the have getting reports that Nigerians are defrauding them, due that PayPal decided to allow Nigerians to only send money but they cannot receive money; for me i know that years to come PayPal will allow Nigerians to fully use their service.

To sign up for paypal account please follow my steps:

* goto paypal.com you will automatically. Be redirected to http://paypal. Com/ng after then click on sign up at the top corner of the page.

* after that you will two options "individual and business" choose individual as nigeria cannot register business account



* complete whatever they show there and please your account address should be in the regular format not the international format, after then click on i agree and continue to the next page which will ask you to solve a captcha to verify if you are human

* you then be asked to associate your paypal account with your bank account, fill in the necessary details.
NOTE:ensure your billing address is correct.

* click continue to submit your card details, you will then be redirected to your account page

* next is for you to activate your account through your email address

*click on activate to activate your PayPal account,you will be required to answer 2 security questions of your choice,after then,you will be taken to a confirmation page,then click on "go to my account"

*you should then be redirected to your PayPal account dashboard,then click on "link and confirm my debit or credit card"

Click on continue to verify your card
NOTE:PayPal will charge you about $1.95 which will be refunded to you back within a day.

*they money they charged you will create a four digit code that you will receive either by mail or SMS,please note that the steps could take days for it to reflect and after then login to your account dashboard and click confirm my debit card or credit card and enter the code when asked for it and you are done ,congratulations you have successfully opened a PayPal account

NOTE:you can only send payment but you cannot receive payment.
